My Story
Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me.
I am a Nurse Practitioner with a background in Women’s Health. My passion is to help eradicate the #1 Killer of Women: Heart Disease. The primary cause of heart disease is high cholesterol. I was introduced to Bios Life about 10 years ago by a patient of mine. Because my mom had been diagnosed with Coronary Artery Ds and had a strong family hx. of it as well (her dad died suddenly at the age of 59), I decided to use her as my guinea pig for the product. After using Bios Life for 4 months, her blood work showed a significant improvement, especially in her triglycerides which dropped from around 500 to 89. Her LDL and HDL improved and her overall cardiac risk dropped from 5x normal to within normal range.
I was so impressed with what it did for my mom that I decided to use it for my self for prevention. My total cholesterol was around 150. My total chol/HDL ratio was 5.3. My HDL was 31 and I knew I wanted to get it higher than 50. So I started to take Bios Life Complete three times a day. I had my panel drawn 9 weeks after the first draw. My HDL more than doubled in that time period. It was 64! My triglycerides also dropped from 140 (which was good) to 110! My total chol/HDL ratio is now 3.0!
