Bios Life is a patented, clinically proven, natural solution to the world's leading health problems.

"I have never seen a more effective natural product at reducing one's risk of heart disease than Bios Life." - Dr. Gerald Bresnahan, M.D.
My Story
"People are made of flesh and blood and a miracle fiber called courage" (Mignon McLaughlin, The Neurotic's Notebook, 1960.) Dr. Patricia Glover is a woman of courage. When her children were in high school, Patricia Glover had courage to apply for medical school. Enduring family separation and the rigors of medical school, Dr. Glover finished her residency and bravely opened a private practice in Florida. She currently participates in medical mission trips to Haiti and sits on the Agricultural Commission and Board of Health in her town. Dr. Glover also had the courage to become a Franchise Owner and share methods of good health with many.

Twelve years ago, a patient left Dr. Glover the tape, "The Gift of Life, the Gift of Health" by Lou Pack, a Unicity International Franchise Owner. Her husband had high cholesterol and was a diabetic, and Dr. Glover wasn't thrilled about putting him on a lot of medications. So, when she discovered Bios Life, it was the right solution: "I was really looking for something that would address medical concerns naturally. [Unicity] was exactly what I was looking for."
Dr. Glover's family and patients have experienced much success with Unicity International's products. "[Bios Life 2®] did a great job. It kept my husband off statin [medications]. Years later, I have two patients--who are still on Bios Life, which is pretty cool." Dr. Glover's husband's cholesterol lowered to the 180's, and his triglycerides went back to normal. Although diabetic, he never had to go on insulin. Dr. Glover's other patients who were diligent in using Bios Life 2® were happy to have found a more natural method. Dr. Glover has been a Franchise Owner now for over twelve years and "can't imagine using anything else."

"Now that I know what is available, and I talk to people about crdiovascular health and cholesterol, in my position as a physician, it just isn't ethical not to tell them that there is something natural that is just as effective with no side-effects."

Dr. Glover is a brilliant doctor who is concerned about the health of others, but the road has not been easy. After three years of rejected applications, Dr. Glover, at the age of 43, was accepted to the medical school at Dartmouth College. "I was the oldest student Dartmouth had ever had." Medical school was a challenge; she was a student on weekdays and drove home to her family in Massachusetts to be a mother on the weekends. As she was finishing up her residency, the family moved to Florida, where Dr. Glover set up a practice.

As she has practiced medicine, she has loved the flexibility of being a Franchise Owner. "I went through all the ups and downs of the company. . . my compensation level kept getting changed--but that really wasn't as important as the fact that I just knew that the product worked. The research just keeps coming in and keeps supporting what we're doing, and it's been really flexible for me."

She was even able to keep the business going when she and her husband sold the practice and moved to the Bahamas for two years. They lived on a boat and had product flown in every three months.
Her husband's failing health caused the couple to return to Florida. He had contracted cancer. One year later, he passed away. As she was recovering and dealing with her grief, she was happy to have a business to go back to that was available and, she believed, so vitally important to people's health. She has built her business to the point that she was qualified for the Paradise Rewards Trips.
Even outside of her professional life, Dr. Glover enjoys the natural way. Ten acres of woodland is now the place Dr. Glover calls home. She has 20 organic chickens and sells organic eggs. She also participates on the Board of Health and the Agricultural Commission, helping the latter to set up a Farmer's Market in town. In 2002, Dr. Glover began traveling to Haiti for medical mission trips. The mission helped to set up a medical clinic and help orphanages. She often takes Unicity's products with her as well: "There were times when we donated thousands of Omega 3 fish oils" and later CM Plex® Cream.

When asked about the success of her business and what she would pass on to women, Dr. Glover said, "Learn when you're in the lows and enjoy the highs because it's easy to get discouraged. Take part in the trainings, listen to the webinars over and over--go to the events."
We are impressed with the courage and fortitude with which Dr. Patricia Glover lives her life.

Congratulations, Dr. Glover, on your successes in health and business. We are excited to feature you as Unicity's Woman of the Month for December 2009!
